Membership to our Longevity Studio at Windmill Hill.
This membership allows unlimited access to the studio including a comprehensive bioAge Assessment which covers the 4 core components of functional fitness: muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and metabolism. Using the longevity algorithm, we will now be able to give you an aggregated personal bioAge score. This will provide you with a new awareness about your well-being and renewed focus to your workouts.
You will also receive a thorough personal induction to all the equipment which ensures that all the equipment is configured to your individual requirements and an RFID wristband to give you access to the EGYM circuit.
Membership is £49.50 per month for a minimum contract period of 6 months and is payable via direct debit.

12 month unlimited access to our Longevity Studio in Milton Keynes. Includes bioAge assessments in week 1, week 4, week 12 & week 26 and every 12 weeks thereafter. Access to our Longevity coaching programming and marketplace, use of the Longevity App & personalised strength training programmes.
