Longevity Studio Membership Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Longevity Studio! We’re excited to have you on board. Please read through our membership terms so everything is clear and simple.
Membership Basics
Your membership starts once you’ve completed the sign-up process, either in the studio or online. By signing up, you accept these terms digitally.
Your membership gives you access to the rights and privileges of the membership type you choose.
Memberships are non-transferable — only you can use yours.
Payments
Joining fees and the first month’s membership can be paid by debit/credit card or added to your first month’s pro-rata payment.
Annual memberships run for 12 months from the start date.
Monthly memberships require a minimum of 6 direct debit payments. After that, they roll on a month-by-month basis.
Memberships can’t be frozen during the initial 6-month period, but can be frozen afterwards for medical reasons.
Monthly direct debits are collected on the 1st of each month and are non-refundable.
If a direct debit fails, we may suspend or terminate your membership until the balance is cleared.
Please let us know immediately if your personal details change.
Cancelling Your Membership
If paying monthly by direct debit you can cancel your monthly membership any time after the initial 6-month period.
Your membership remains active until the day before your next payment is due.
Cooling-Off Period
You can cancel within 14 days of joining and receive a full refund.
General Terms
Members must be 14 or older.
You agree to follow our studio rules on opening hours, facilities, and conduct.
We may occasionally close the studio for maintenance or emergencies and will give notice when possible.
We’re not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control.
You have legal rights if our services aren’t provided with reasonable care.
This agreement is governed by English law.
We may terminate your membership if you breach studio rules.
You confirm you’re in good health and will notify us if your circumstances change.

Promotions
We may end promotions without notice.
Rewards or offers must be claimed within 21 days.
Membership offers apply only during set promotional periods.
7-Day Trial Passes
One trial pass per person; multiple passes may be cancelled.
Passes can’t be sold, exchanged, or transferred.
Passes must be used on consecutive days and before the expiry date.
